Reiki Sesh- Full Chakra Cleansing 🤲🏾✨ (up to 90 mins)

A Reiki session is a hands-on energy healing technique where I, the practitioner, will use light touch  or focus energy over specific areas of the body in order to channel universal life force energy, to promote balance and harmony within the body. The session aims to stimulate the body's natural healing abilities, reducing stress, and promoting relaxation. 

What to expect during a session:

• Initial Consultation: We will start by discussing your concerns, and goals for the session. I will then build a map for your specific needs.
• Once a proper map is set, we will then bridge the gap between souls and begin the energy work.
• Duration: Sessions usually last between 15-90 minutes, depending on your specific needs.
  
• Post-Session: You might feel relaxed, calm, or have a tingling sensation. 
• Reiki can also help reduce stress, and some individuals even report pain relief after sessions.

Considerations:

• Reiki is a complementary therapy and should not replace conventional medical treatments.
